Customizing the Plate
- Personalized plate text must be tasteful (in any language).
- Plate choice must contain at least one character and have no punctuation. The letter O and the number 0 look the same on a license plate. Therefore, only the number 0 is accepted on personalized plates.
- Spaces are allowed anywhere in the plate choice but do consume available spacing.
- This plate has a 7 character maximum limit including spaces.
- If your plate text is not approved by the Department, you will be contacted for an alternative plate text.
