This is a County and State joint project to provide benefit to both. By sharing information and data we get the correct and up-to-date data to the correct agency without making frequent and numerous requests to the county offices. This data can be used for planning, emergency response, assistance to the counties, economic development, business promotion, citizen notification of events in their area, land use and planning, transportation planning and many other needs. Pursuant to Idaho Code 9-348, Licensee understands and agrees that the information provided by the County is not being distributed for use as a mailing list or telephone number list. Licensee shall not license, sub-license, assign, release, publish, transfer, sell or otherwise make available the Products.
